MedSpeed Increases Presence in Pacific West, Appoints Vice President

Healthcare Transportation Company Hires Veteran Healthcare Executive.

Elmhurst, IL, June 27, 2012 - MedSpeed LLC, an HFMA peer-reviewed partner that strengthens supply chain and overall business operations through centralized transportation networks, today announced that it has named Anycia Prukop as regional vice president for the company's pacific west region. In this role, Ms. Prukop will work in partnership with MedSpeed's healthcare customers to support their strategic goals through the creation of globally-optimized logistical frameworks.

Anycia Prukop is an established executive with over 20 years of broad experience in the healthcare supply chain.  Prior to MedSpeed, Ms. Prukop was vice president of sales at Cardinal Health where she lead the sales activities for all customers in the western states and worked collaboratively to create solutions to meet the dynamic needs of her customers.  In the beginning of her career, Ms. Prukop gained valuable operations experience as the operations manager of three Cardinal distribution facilities located in Seattle, Portland, and Anchorage.  She earned her bachelor of science degree from the United States Military Academy - West Point and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Western States Healthcare Materials Management Association (WSHMMA) and Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM).
