MedSpeed and LifeShare Form a Transportation Partnership

MEDSPEED AND LIFESHARE FORM A TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP

-Rapidly Growing Healthcare Logistics Company Expands Operations to Ohio-

CHICAGO, Feb. 1, 2007 - MedSpeed LLC, a rapidly growing healthcare transportation and logistics company, today announced it has formed a transportation partnership with LifeShare Community Blood Services based in Elyria, Ohio. LifeShare is a community-focused nonprofit organization committed to providing a safe and adequate blood and component supply for patient healthcare in Northeast Ohio.

To support the transportation outsourcing relationship, MedSpeed will open hub operations in Elyria, Ohio serving northern Ohio. The operation will integrate business processes to collect blood donations from both fixed and mobile draw sites as well as to deliver blood products to mLifeShare customers. "The nature of our business demands specialized services not available from traditional courier companies," said Richard Cluck, chief executive officer of LifeShare.
