AURORA HEALTH CARE OUTSOURCES TRANSPORTATION TO MEDSPEED

-Leading Healthcare Logistics Company Partners with Wisconsin's Largest Health System-

CHICAGO, November 18, 2008 - MedSpeed LLC, the Midwest's leading provider of integrated transportation services to the healthcare industry, announced today that it has entered into a system agreement with Aurora Health Care based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to provide centralized courier services. Established in 1984, Aurora Health Care is the state's largest private employer and foremost health care system. Its integrated delivery network includes 13 hospitals, more than
100 clinics, home health agency, convenience care clinics and over 130 community pharmacies across eastern Wisconsin.

In an effort to uncover new ways to efficiently deliver top quality healthcare, Aurora put its existing transportation operations under review and engaged in a broad search to identify the right transportation partner. Interim VP of Aurora System Logistics, Patrick Trim, states, "Aurora's goal was to centralize our courier operations with a company that was a leader in providing an integrated and centralized approach to transportation, while being flexible enough to meet the
demands that health care requires to serve our patients. After extensive review, we felt MedSpeed could provide that level of service."

To support the extensive Aurora network, MedSpeed will open hub operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin along with five satellite offices and provide service for over 650 locations in 90 communities throughout the eastern half of the state.  With a 100% employee-based workforce, company owned fleet and sophisticated scanning and tracking software, the MedSpeed operation will integrate and streamline business processes for the movement of everything from pharmaceuticals to X-rays to supplies, mail and medical records.

"Outsourcing to MedSpeed was a win-win," Trim states. "Consolidating and centralizing transportation drives efficiencies and reduces costs.

"We are very excited to be entering the Wisconsin marketplace in partnership with Aurora," said Jake Crampton, Chief Executive Officer of MedSpeed. "We are confident that our transportation solution will achieve Aurora's objectives and
further our shared goal of improving the quality and efficiency of health care."
